Project on "The Twits" by Roald Dahl

After completing a whole group reading of , students were required to complete a project. The projects had to be two or three dimensional, reflect quality and effort, and be relevant to the book. As you can see, students did a fantastic job! Models came in of the tree with Hugtight glue. We had several plates of Mrs. Twit's worm spaghetti, along with several models of the Twit's upside down house.

We had a cage that held the monkeys, a model of Mr. Twit's nasty beard, and a story board outlining the important events in the story. These great projects were displayed in our library for other students to enjoy and to entice them into picking up a book!
