Superintendent’s Message

As the proud Superintendent of the AuSable Valley Central School District, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2017-18 school year.  I want to personally thank you for the tremendous support of our schools.

As I enter my 13th year as your Superintendent, I am truly excited about the upcoming school year and the educational opportunities that are available for our students.  The AVCS Board of Education, Administration, Faculty and Staff are all looking forward to a highly productive and fulfilling 2017-18 school year.

As a District, we are very pleased with the completion of the EXCEL Building Project and proud to have some of the finest facilities for our students and communities.  It has been a real team effort and we sincerely appreciate all that has been accomplished through collaboration and cooperation.  Our facilities will be in great shape for years to come and if you have not had the chance to visit the schools and witness the many changes, we invite you to do so. Great things are happening here and Patriot Pride is alive and well in the valley.

I look forward to seeing you throughout the year in our schools, concerts, athletic events, theatrical productions, and other school-related activities.   I welcome the opportunity to share the successes of our students with you and witness their diverse talents, which reflect the best that AuSable Valley Central School District has to offer the North Country region.
